Scop of Work
- Analyze effluent characteristics and volume
- Identify sources of wastewater within facility
- Study existing treatment infrastructure and recovery needs
- Evaluate land and utility availability for ZLD setup
- Pre-treatment units for neutralization and oil/grease removal
- Multi-effect evaporators (MEE) and agitated thin film dryers (ATFD)
- Membrane technologies – UF, NF, RO based on application
- Recovery tank design, reject handling, and solid waste management
- Supply of treatment tanks, membranes, pumps, blowers, instruments
- Excavation, concrete foundation, skid mounting, and piping works
- Electrical panel and automation integration
- Mechanical and electrical installation of complete ZLD train
- Interconnection of feed lines, recycle streams, and reject disposal units
- Performance testing for recovery rate and discharge parameters
- Operator training and system handover
- One-time performance validation after go-live
- Operation and maintenance manual with SOPs
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and remote monitoring support
