Nature of work: Designing, Installing, and Maintaining Rainwater Harvesting Systems
Scope of Work
- Evaluate rooftop or ground area for water collection potential
- Analyze soil percolation and groundwater table
- Determine rainfall data and daily water demand
- Roofwater collection system with PVC/GI pipelines
- First flush mechanism and filtration unit
- Recharge pit / borewell / storage tank integration
- Overflow and drainage planning
- Supply of required pipes, filters, chamber lids, sand, gravel, cement, and tanks
- Earth excavation, pit construction, brickwork, plastering, and chamber formation
- Plumbing and connection of pipeline from roof outlet to filtration
- Fitment of silt chamber, filter unit, and recharge borewell or storage tank
- Testing of water flow and filter function
- Sealing and final finishing of chambers
- One-time water collection testing during rains
- System handover with layout drawing
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) option available
