Introduction
With many years of experience in water Management industry, the need to work on various other aspects of environment such as land pollution, Air pollution and the freedom to work on all the dimensions led to thr birth of Ecogenesis Ventures. Reason to start the company are mainly:

About the Founder – Rtn. Shikha Nair
A postgraduate in Environmental Science, she has actively contributed to water conservation and has led several initiatives in e-waste recycling, solid waste management, and tree plantation. She has served as a visiting faculty member for postgraduate environmental science students at Garware Institute, Kalina University. A certified lead auditor for quality, environment, health, and safety systems, she is also deeply involved in various social causes through her work with NGOs. A proud mother of two, her daughter is a practicing criminal lawyer, while her son is pursuing studies in finance. She has successfully managed to strike a fine balance between her professional responsibilities and family life.

Shikha Nair
A postgraduate in Environmental Science, Shikha Nair is a passionate sustainability leader and changemaker. Her work in water conservation, e-waste recycling, solid waste management, and urban afforestation reflects her dedication to the planet. She has served as visiting faculty at Garware Institute, Kalina University, and is a certified lead auditor in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) systems. Balancing professional excellence with family life, she is also actively involved with several NGOs promoting environmental and social causes.
